Jeliko\u017e tedy tuto energii pot\u0159ebujeme, za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 si j\u00ed na\u0161e t\u011blo vytv\u00e1\u0159et zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm vlastn\u00edch tukov\u00fdch z\u00e1sob. D\u00edky tomu tak doch\u00e1z\u00ed k rychl\u00e9 redukci na\u0161\u00ed v\u00e1hy a zrychlen\u00ed metabolismu. Teoretickou \u010d\u00e1st m\u00e1me tedy za sebou. Nezahazujte tedy trp\u011blivost a dop\u0159\u00e1vejte si vyv\u00e1\u017eenou a pestrou stravu spojenou s t\u00edmto stravovac\u00edm stylem. Abych V\u00e1s ale jen ned\u011bsila, p\u0159edstav\u00edm v\u00e1m i jej\u00ed v\u00fdhody.  Hlavn\u00ed v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1s jist\u011b pot\u011b\u0161\u00ed je, \u017ee ztr\u00e1ta hmotnosti je rychlej\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u konkuren\u010dn\u00edch diet a pokud dodr\u017e\u00edte ur\u010dit\u00e1 pravidla, budou v\u00fdsledky trval\u00e9. Proto je keto dieta pro \u017eeny velice obl\u00edbenou z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed. Dal\u0161\u00edm, za co v\u00e1m t\u011blo pod\u011bkuje je, \u017ee se zbav\u00edte nezdrav\u00e9ho cholesterolu, je\u017e b\u00fdv\u00e1 p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou infarkt\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edch kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Vhodn\u00e1 je dieta i pro osoby s cukrovkou.
